What: Wetland Rehabilitation Planting

Where: West of Grand Prairie AB

Why: Private landowners worked in conjunction with the local county and a number of non-profit organizations to create a prosperous wetland ecosystem. Here we planted a dense mix of species in niche arrangements, ranging from tight Trembling Aspen groves to patches of pickable Saskatoons.

Species: Trembling Aspen, Balsam Poplar, Black Spruce, White Birch, Green Alder, Bebbs Willow, Chokecherry, Canada Buffalo and Saskatoon Berry
